About the role
The IT Helpdesk Specialist will provide L1/L2 support for Windows environments across two office sites and remote users, while driving process improvements in our service desk platform.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver day‑to‑day support for 40+ users, handling incidents, changes and asset management.
- Develop and customise the GLPI help‑desk system, including Change Management procedures and CAB meetings.
- Create and maintain technical documentation and FAQs in both English and Turkish.
- Package applications for automated deployment (MSI) and manage Windows image automation (autounattend.xml).
Required profile
- Degree in IT from a reputable university.
- ITIL Foundation V3, CompTIA A+, Network+, and Windows Client Pro certifications (or equivalents).
- Fluent in spoken and written Turkish and English.
- Strong problem‑solving, communication and teamwork skills.
Required skills
- Windows Active Directory (GPOs) and L1/L2 support.
- PowerShell scripting and automated Windows deployment.
- MSI packaging, VPN technologies (OpenVPN, IPSec).
- Service management tools (GLPI, ITSM, Change Management).
- Basic Linux knowledge is a plus.
