IT Helpdesk Specialist

About the role

Merzigo, a leading video monetisation company, is seeking an IT Helpdesk Specialist to ensure smooth operation of its IT infrastructure and support end‑users. The role combines hardware maintenance, software troubleshooting, and user assistance within a hybrid work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and repair notebooks, PCs, printers and manage spare parts inventory.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software faults for end‑users.
• Provide client support in a domain environment, including Active Directory administration.
• Implement and update antivirus solutions and manage Windows Office applications.
• Set up, configure and troubleshoot mobile devices.
• Support desktop and server operating systems and handle IT inventory management.
• Utilise ITSM/Help Desk tools for ticket handling and provide remote or on‑site assistance, including outside regular hours.

Required profile

• Graduated in Management Information Systems, Computer Programming or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of professional IT experience.
• Strong analytical, planning and organisational abilities with attention to detail.
• Proactive in identifying improvement opportunities and delivering innovative solutions.
• Knowledge of Microsoft ecosystem and willingness to continuously learn.
• Valid driver’s licence, no travel restrictions and completed military service (for male candidates).
