IT Helpdesk Specialist

About the role

AXA Partners, which designs and delivers assistance solutions and specialised insurance, credit and lifestyle protection for its partners worldwide, is looking for an IT Helpdesk Specialist. The role provides first-line IT support across the organisation, helping colleagues stay connected and productive in a dynamic international environment.

Key responsibilities

• Provide first-line technical support for hardware, software and end-user requests.
• Install, configure and maintain desktops, laptops, mobile devices and workplace technology.
• Troubleshoot Windows, Microsoft Office, Outlook, network connectivity and Active Directory issues.
• Manage user accounts, access permissions and onboarding/offboarding IT activities.
• Monitor, prioritise and resolve support tickets while ensuring an excellent user experience.
• Support IT infrastructure, security standards and business continuity processes.
• Maintain an accurate IT asset inventory and contribute to process improvements.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors, share knowledge and improve documentation.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Around 3 years of experience in an IT Help Desk, Service Desk or IT Support role.
• Proactive, service-oriented approach with excellent communication skills.
• Ability to prioritise multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Good command of English for an international business environment.

Required skills

• Strong knowledge of Windows, Microsoft Office and Outlook.
• Experience with Active Directory, desktop support, hardware troubleshooting and ticketing systems.
• Understanding of networking fundamentals, mobile device support and enterprise IT environments.
