IT Infrastructure & Systems Associate

About the role

We are seeking a motivated IT Infrastructure & Systems Associate to join our banking IT team. This entry‑level position offers hands‑on experience with enterprise IT operations, systems administration, and regulatory compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Provide first‑line support for hardware, software, mobile devices and office applications.
• Manage user incidents, service requests, account administration and access management.
• Perform routine infrastructure monitoring, server administration, backups and support for SQL Server, IIS and virtualization platforms.
• Assist with network and firewall troubleshooting, asset management and documentation.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science or related field.
• Recent graduate or up to 2 years of experience in IT support, service desk or infrastructure roles.
• Strong English and Turkish communication skills.
• Ability to work in a regulated, process‑driven environment and collaborate with international teams.

Required skills

• Basic knowledge of Windows operating systems and server environments.
• Familiarity with networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, LAN/WAN).
• Exposure to SQL Server, virtualization technologies and IIS.
• Understanding of firewall technologies and information‑security concepts.
