IT Project Manager

About the role

Tera Bank is looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead IT and technology initiatives within its Information Systems Department. You will be responsible for delivering projects on time, within scope, and on budget while collaborating with internal teams and external partners.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage IT/technology projects from initiation through closure.
• Develop and maintain project plans, risk registers, RAID logs, and status reports.
• Coordinate with internal IT teams, external vendors, and business units to align deliverables.
• Facilitate steering committee meetings, change advisory board sessions, and governance processes.
• Identify, escalate, and mitigate risks and issues throughout the project lifecycle.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of PMO standards, templates, and methodologies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3–6 years of project management experience, preferably in IT or technology projects.
• Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, comfortable presenting to senior leadership.
• Experience working with vendors and outsourced teams.
• Proficiency in English (written and spoken).
• PMP certification is a plus; candidates working towards it are welcome.
• Prior experience in banking, fintech, or financial services is advantageous.
