IT Service Engineer – Bursa, Turkey

About the role

CATL Turkey is seeking an IT Service Engineer to join its Bursa facility. The role focuses on delivering high‑quality technical support to internal and external users while maintaining the company’s IT infrastructure and assets.

Key responsibilities

• Provide prompt support for hardware and software issues, diagnose problems, and deliver solutions.
• Configure, distribute, and maintain IT equipment such as laptops and computers, and manage software licensing.
• Drive user satisfaction through continuous service improvement, reporting, and IT asset management.
• Participate in information‑security initiatives, conduct audits, and analyze security‑related data.
• Plan, build, and maintain IT infrastructure including conference rooms, weak‑current cabinets, and printer installations.
• Manage the full IT asset lifecycle—from demand collection and procurement to disposal—ensuring accurate warehouse records.
• Stay current with industry trends to propose innovative support solutions.
• Implement China HQ IT standards locally and adapt policies to Turkish conditions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Information Systems or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in IT services, support or operations, preferably in medium‑to‑large organisations.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities, excellent communication skills, and capacity to handle multiple tasks.
