Junior Digital Marketing Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a Junior Digital Marketing Specialist to support the planning, execution and analysis of performance‑driven campaigns across multiple channels. The role offers hands‑on experience in e‑commerce environments and close collaboration with marketing and cross‑functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in planning and launching digital marketing campaigns on various channels.
• Monitor, optimize and report on performance‑marketing initiatives.
• Track campaign metrics, identify improvement opportunities and contribute to regular performance reports.
• Support audience segmentation, user‑behavior analysis and marketing automation efforts.
• Work with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager and conversion‑tracking setups.
• Collaborate with Marketing, E‑commerce and other teams to align tactics with business goals.
• Stay updated on digital‑marketing trends and propose new ideas.

Required profile

• 0–3 years of experience in digital marketing, e‑commerce or related fields.
• Basic knowledge of digital‑marketing channels and performance marketing.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Good communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
• Eagerness to learn, grow and take ownership of tasks.

Required skills

• Familiarity with web‑analytics tools such as Google Analytics.
• Basic knowledge of Google Tag Manager and conversion tracking.
• Understanding of audience segmentation and user‑behavior analysis.
• Experience or interest in marketing‑automation platforms (e.g., Insider, Segmentify) is a plus.
