Junior Fashion Designer – Menswear & Womenswear

About the role

The Junior Fashion Designer will assist in creating both menswear and womenswear collections for a leading Middle‑East fashion retail group. Working on‑site in the Bomonti studio, you will be involved in the full design lifecycle from research to final sample approval.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct trend, colour and fabric research and help build moodboards.
• Support senior and head designers in developing seasonal collections.
• Create technical drawings using Adobe Illustrator and CAD tools.
• Prepare and maintain technical packs (tech packs) for production.
• Participate in sample development, fittings and track revisions.
• Coordinate with suppliers and production teams when required.
• Provide operational support throughout the collection development process.

Required profile

• Degree in Fashion Design or a related field.
• 1‑3 years of experience or a strong internship background.
• Passion for fashion with a keen sense of trends, style and colour.
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
• Team player with good communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator.
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop.
• Experience with CAD tools for technical drawing.
