Junior Financial Analyst (Hybrid)

About the role

Amaris Consulting is seeking a motivated Junior Financial Analyst to join its international team. This hybrid position offers the chance to work on financial analysis and value recovery projects across retail and industrial sectors while collaborating with cross‑functional teams worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze purchasing, financial, and operational data from multiple sources.
• Review contracts, commercial agreements, purchase orders, invoices, and financial records to identify revenue leakage.
• Support financial analysis by spotting discrepancies and validating commercial calculations.
• Investigate financial recovery opportunities across client and supplier data.
• Communicate with vendors regarding claim processes and follow up on recovery actions.
• Prepare reports, present findings, and contribute to process‑improvement initiatives.
• Work closely with cross‑functional teams in an international environment.

Required profile

• 6 months to 1 year of professional experience in Accounting, Finance, Financial Analysis, or a related field.
• Hands‑on experience as an Accountant.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• Good understanding of finance and accounting principles.
• Fluent English and Turkish.
• Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and problem‑solving abilities.
