About the role
Aydin Lawyers is seeking a Junior or Senior Maritime Lawyer to join its team in Sisli. The role involves legal research, case preparation, drafting documents, and supporting negotiations within the maritime, shipping, and transport sectors.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct in‑depth legal research and prepare case files.
- Draft contracts, agreements, and client correspondence.
- Assist in negotiations with clients and partners.
- Review maritime regulations and ensure compliance.
- Support the team in case preparation and documentation.
Required profile
- Strong understanding of maritime, shipping, and transport law.
- Excellent legal research and writing abilities.
- Proficiency in reviewing regulations and ensuring compliance.
- Effective negotiation and communication skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
- Bachelor's degree in Law and a licence to practice law in Turkey.
- Previous experience or internships in the maritime or transport sector is a plus.
