About the role
This full‑time, on‑site Legal Intern position supports Aydin Lawyers' maritime, shipping and transport practice in Sisli. You will work closely with attorneys, assisting with research, document preparation and client interactions.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct legal research on maritime regulations, case law and international conventions.
- Prepare, review and organize contracts, memos and other legal documents.
- Summarize findings and draft memos or reports.
- Support legal consulting activities and attend client meetings under supervision.
- Maintain organized case files and documentation.
Required profile
- Law graduate or student with interest in maritime, shipping and transport law.
- Detail‑oriented, organized and able to manage multiple tasks within deadlines.
- Demonstrated integrity, professional conduct and willingness to learn.
Required skills
- Effective written and spoken English communication.
- Proficiency with standard office software and legal research tools.
