Key Account Manager – Fragrance Division

About the role

Symrise is seeking a Key Account Manager for its Fragrance Division to drive growth and strengthen relationships with strategic customers in Turkey. The role will act as the main interface between customers and internal teams, ensuring successful delivery of commercial projects and contributing to the company’s €20 million turnover ambition by 2030.

Key responsibilities

• Lead development of the top 10 key accounts, winning projects and managing them across Business Units, R&D, CMI and local teams.
• Conduct regular customer visits throughout Turkey and represent Symrise at exhibitions and international sales meetings.
• Build a proactive briefing pipeline for categories such as laundry, dish, surface care, shampoo, deodorant and body wash, anticipating customer needs.
• Collaborate with R&D and Business Units to introduce new technologies for Home and Beauty Care projects.
• Monitor monthly sales performance, budgets, forecasts and pricing, and prepare business review presentations for the Regional Vice President.

Required profile

• Strong commercial mindset with proven ability to drive business growth and manage key customer relationships.
• Experience working in cross‑functional environments, coordinating Sales, R&D, Business Units, CMI and Supply Chain.
• Strategic and proactive approach, capable of anticipating customer needs and building a solid pipeline.
• Excellent communication, influencing and negotiation skills with internal and external stakeholders.
• Analytical mindset for monitoring performance, interpreting data and supporting decision‑making.
• Results‑driven, self‑motivated and comfortable working in an international setting with travel across markets.
