Key Account Manager

About the role

Neapco Turkey is seeking a motivated Key Account Manager to join its sales team. The role focuses on growing existing client relationships, generating new business, and delivering tailored driveline solutions to automotive customers.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and improve relationships with key decision‑makers across all regions.
• Respond to customer inquiries, clarify needs, and ensure targets are met through commercial activities.
• Plan annual sales targets in consultation with the Sales Director and monitor performance.
• Handle customer complaints, reject requests, and coordinate design change proposals.
• Process incoming quotations, collect cost data, prepare financial models, and minimize bid risks.
• Prepare detailed quotations, negotiate prices, and manage quote timing and deviations.
• Follow up with customers, manage quotation changes, and support post‑sale activities.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Economics or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience, preferably in the automotive industry.
• Familiarity with FORD customer portals is a plus.
• Fluent English communication, both verbal and written.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Strong communication, negotiation, and market expertise.
• Willingness to travel domestically and abroad and reside in Eskişehir.
