Key Account Manager

About the role

The Key Account Manager will develop and execute go‑to‑market plans aligned with business priorities, manage commercial projects, and ensure alignment with budget, logistics and channel plans.

Key responsibilities

• Manage commercial and marketing budgets through forecasting, scenario analysis, performance tracking and ROI evaluation.
• Coordinate third‑party logistics, warehousing, price‑label production and shelf production with manufacturing partners.
• Collect, analyse and interpret market, consumer and competitor insights to identify trends and opportunities.
• Define, track and analyse performance metrics for products, campaigns and initiatives.
• Define strategic goals, priorities and plans to support long‑term business growth.

Required profile

• Fluency in English.
• Hands‑on experience with Power BI and Excel, including dashboards, data modelling and insight generation.
• Experience in TDEE/Planning roles and knowledge of field operations is a strong advantage.
• Strong logical reasoning, evidence‑based decision‑making and ability to simplify complex data.
