Key Account Manager – Turkey, Georgia & Armenia

About the role

We are hiring a Key Account Manager to drive business growth and customer relationship management for SANY across Turkey, Georgia, and Armenia. In this role you will develop and manage key accounts, achieve sales targets, and strengthen SANY’s brand presence to support our commercial strategy in the region.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement key account strategies to achieve sales targets and market share goals.
• Identify and acquire new key accounts within the construction machinery, infrastructure, and energy sectors across Turkey, Georgia, and Armenia.
• Build and maintain long‑term relationships with existing strategic clients to enhance customer loyalty and lifetime value.
• Analyze regional market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to support product and marketing strategies.
• Coordinate with internal teams (technical, after‑sales, supply chain) to deliver customized solutions and high‑quality service.
• Represent SANY at industry events, client meetings, and negotiations to secure key projects.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in Marketing, Business Administration, Engineering or related fields.
• 8+ years of key account management experience in construction machinery, heavy equipment or related industries.
• Proven track record of developing markets in Turkey and experience in full‑cycle sales from prospecting to closing high‑value contracts.
• Familiarity with the construction machinery, infrastructure and energy sectors in the region; existing customer and channel resources are a plus.
• Strong business negotiation and contract management skills with effective cross‑cultural communication.
• Native Turkish and fluent English for business negotiations and reporting.
• Legal authorization to work in Turkey and willingness to travel frequently within the country.
