Key Account Sales Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic and commercially driven Key Account Sales Specialist to manage wholesale accounts, build strong relationships with business partners, and contribute to sales growth and brand development in the Turkish market.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and develop relationships with assigned wholesale accounts and retail partners.
• Drive sales performance and achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
• Identify new business opportunities and support expansion of the wholesale distribution network.
• Prepare and follow up on seasonal pre‑orders, reorders, and sales forecasts.
• Monitor account performance, sell‑in, sell‑through, and sell‑out results to identify growth opportunities.
• Conduct regular customer visits and business meetings to strengthen commercial partnerships.
• Analyze sales data, market trends, and competitor activities to support account development strategies.
• Present seasonal collections and product offerings to wholesale partners.
• Coordinate with Demand Planning, Merchandise Planning, and other internal teams for effective sales execution.
• Contribute to go‑to‑market activities and implement sales strategies aligned with global brand objectives.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in wholesale sales, B2B sales, or key account management.
• Experience in sportswear, fashion, footwear, lifestyle, or retail industries is preferred.
• Advanced proficiency in written and spoken English.
• Strong commercial, analytical, communication, and negotiation skills with a proactive, results‑driven mindset.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Excel.
