About the role

Kitchen Support Experts provide essential assistance across hotel kitchen, food‑and‑beverage and employee dining areas. They ensure clean linen, spotless dishware, and proper operation of cleaning equipment, helping the hotel deliver a seamless guest experience.

Key responsibilities

• Perform cleaning and basic kitchen preparation tasks across multiple departments.
• Prepare and maintain fresh linen and dining ware for guest use.
• Operate, clean and maintain dishwashing machines and hand‑wash stations.
• Transport dishware and supplies throughout the hotel.
• Follow all company safety, security and hygiene policies; report incidents and maintenance needs.
• Maintain a professional appearance and uphold confidentiality of company information.
• Greet and acknowledge guests according to company standards.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with team members and supervisors.
• Adhere to quality standards and support team goals.
• Perform physical duties such as standing, walking, lifting objects up to 25 lb.

Required profile

• No specific education requirement; high school diploma or GED not mandatory.
• No prior related work experience required.
• No supervisory experience required.
• No licenses or certifications required.
• Ability to work full‑time on site in Istanbul.
