L2 Onsite IT Technician – Customer Support (Istanbul/Bursa)

About the role

Join a global IT infrastructure provider as an L2 Onsite IT Technician, delivering advanced technical support to end‑users in a fast‑paced, international environment. You will work directly on‑site in Istanbul (Bursa/Karacabey) supporting VIP users and a variety of business applications.

Key responsibilities

• Resolve on‑site incidents and service requests, ensuring SLA compliance.
• Provide VIP user support with professionalism and urgency.
• Deliver end‑to‑end Digital Bar / Walk‑in centre support, including quick‑fixes and device swaps.
• Support boutique IT environments, POS systems, barcode scanners, and payment peripherals.
• Perform meeting‑room and AV support for Teams, Zoom and other vendor equipment.
• Hands‑on assistance for server and network teams, printer and MFP management, and PC refresh projects.
• Handle asset management and ticketing in ITSM systems.

Required profile

• 2‑5 years of experience in IT support or a similar role.
• Strong troubleshooting and client‑side incident resolution skills.
• Experience supporting VIP users.
• Fluent in English and Turkish.

• Windows and macOS operating systems.
• Office 365 and related workplace applications.
• ITSM ticketing tools.
• LAN/WAN fundamentals and server‑room equipment knowledge.
• POS systems, barcode scanners, payment peripherals.
• AV platforms such as Teams and Zoom.
• Printer and multifunction device support.
• Asset management processes.
