Laboratory Quality Consultant

About the role

The Laboratory Quality Consultant ensures continuous improvement of laboratory processes, safety, and measurement capabilities. You will lead risk assessments, manage measurement systems, and support the implementation of new equipment to maintain high quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Own chemical risk analysis and management for laboratory chemicals.
• Maintain and improve the measurement order system.
• Drive safety, equipment, and method improvements across labs.
• Develop measurement methods and conduct MSA studies for lab and line equipment.
• Lead projects for acquisition and implementation of new laboratory equipment.
• Perform failure analysis on internal failures and returned products.
• Assist Manufacturing Engineering and Quality teams in selecting in‑line measurement methods.
• Provide CMM programming support as needed.
• Support root‑cause analysis related to measurement systems.
• Collaborate with supplier quality during PPAP for new measurement methods.
• Ensure compliance with environmental, health, energy efficiency, and safety standards.

Required profile

• Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in metrology, material analysis, or technical cleanliness.
• Hands‑on experience with statistical analysis.
• Strong ability to read technical documentation and drawings; electrical schematics knowledge preferred.
• Excellent attention to detail and problem‑solving skills.
• Fluent in English and Turkish (minimum B2).
