Lead Internal Auditor

About the role

Colin's is seeking a Lead Internal Auditor to oversee and enhance the internal audit function across its multi‑national retail operations. The role will drive risk‑based audits, ensure compliance with corporate governance standards, and support continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or a related field
• Professional certifications such as CPA, CIA, CISA, CRMA, or equivalent auditing certifications (preferred)
• Minimum of 12 years of professional audit experience, including experience in Big 4 audit firms and internal audit functions of holding/group companies
• Strong expertise in risk‑based auditing, internal controls, corporate governance, compliance, and risk management practices
• Experience in retail, manufacturing, or multi‑site organizations (preferred)
• Solid understanding of the COSO Framework, IIA Standards, and risk management methodologies
• Strong analytical thinking, problem‑solving, reporting, and decision‑making skills
• Proficiency in ERP systems and MS Office applications
