About the role
As a Legal Counsel you will join the legal team of Volkswagen Doğuş Finans (vdf) to provide comprehensive legal services across all group companies. The role focuses on supporting business units, with a particular emphasis on management‑related legal matters.
Key responsibilities
- Draft, negotiate and interpret contracts covering the full range of the company’s activities.
- Develop and apply risk‑mitigation strategies for contractual risks.
- Create internal templates, guidelines and toolkits for various business and legal issues.
- Collaborate with the legal team to ensure consistent legal support for all subsidiaries.
- Participate in cross‑functional projects that require legal input.
Required profile
- University degree in Law with relevant professional qualification.
- Strong analytical mindset and ability to work autonomously.
- Commitment to continuous self‑improvement and alignment with vdf’s core values of Trust, Courage and Customer Orientation.
