Legal Counsel Specialist

About the role

Join Beko’s Legal & Compliance Department as a Specialist – Legal Counsel. Based in Istanbul, you will support business units by providing sound legal advice and ensuring contractual compliance across a range of commercial activities.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct legal research and deliver counsel on questions and issues raised by various business units.
• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and related documents covering trade, commercial, financial, and operational matters.
• Identify, analyse, and communicate legal risks and implications to protect the company’s interests.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Law.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a reputable law firm or a national/multinational corporation.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Ability to travel without restriction.
• Proven ability to work independently on assigned legal projects.
• Flexible mindset, open to diversity and new perspectives.
• Team‑player with strong self‑initiative.
