About the role

The Legal Manager will oversee daily contract reviews and ensure legal compliance across the representative office and its subsidiaries. This role supports business operations by managing procurement, sales, loan agreements, and related‑party transactions while safeguarding regulatory adherence.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct daily reviews of contracts covering procurement, sales, loans and related‑party transactions.
• Maintain legal compliance for subsidiaries, including industrial and commercial registration updates and changes of legal representatives.
• Perform business compliance reviews for publicity guidelines, human resources policies, and after‑sales litigation response.
