Local Trade Marketing Manager

About the role

As a Local Trade Marketing Manager at Bosch Group in Istanbul, you will drive the implementation of holistic trade marketing strategies across retail partners. Working closely with HUB marketing functions and Sales, you will shape product mix, promotional activities and brand protection to meet commercial targets.

Key responsibilities

• Implement a country‑wide PT strategic initiative in collaboration with HUB marketing and Sales.
• Contribute to commercial target steering (forecast, margin, etc.).
• Optimize product mix, campaigns and promotions for the local market.
• Manage promo share, execute promo strategies (price or bundle packs) and integrate them into the user journey.
• Gather and provide market and user insights to Business Operations, Sales and Marketing.
• Lead trade‑marketing touchpoints such as POS, in‑store communication, print, events and e‑dealer activities.
• Oversee launch management, including MPE proofreading, local SAP master‑data maintenance (pricing), steering and new product presentation.
• Consolidate demand volume and support S&OP sessions.
• Ensure brand protection across all activities.

Required profile

• Strong capability to develop and execute strategic plans.
• Ability to think conceptually and align projects with broader business goals.
• Analytical and critical thinking to assess complex situations and interpret data.
• Proficiency in navigating complex, ambiguous environments and simplifying problems.
• Exceptional communication skills in English (fluent) and Turkish (native or near‑native).
