Communication Smart Start – Recruitment Days Internship

About the role

Join Bosch Group for a part‑time internship that immerses you in event management and digital communication. You will support the Event Responsible and gain hands‑on experience creating visual and written content for a global audience.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in planning, executing, and following up on events and organisational activities.
• Conduct photo and video shoots, produce backstage interviews and short‑form content.
• Prepare mailing materials, presentations and adapt visual assets.
• Support campaigns, loyalty‑program communication and user‑facing content.
• Contribute to website, mobile app, social‑media and other digital platform content.
• Help organise webinars, live broadcasts and other digital events.
• Provide English‑language content, correspondence and international communication support.

Required profile

• University student in Communication, Advertising, Visual Communication Design, New Media, Marketing, Radio‑TV‑Cinema or a related field.
• Enthusiastic about event work, digital trends and loyalty/CRM activities.
• Strong organisational skills, able to work with multiple teams and handle responsibility.
• Comfortable communicating in English.
• Willing to learn photography, video production and new software tools.

Required skills

• Basic camera operation (or willingness to learn).
• Proficiency with Adobe applications.
