Logistics Manager

About the role

Karadeniz Holding is seeking an experienced Logistics Manager to lead its global logistics and foreign trade operations. The role focuses on ensuring timely, cost‑effective delivery of materials, equipment, and supplies across multiple continents while supporting the company’s energy and shipbuilding projects.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee end‑to‑end logistics for operational countries worldwide, guaranteeing product delivery to the right location, on schedule, and to required quality standards.
• Direct receiving, warehousing, distribution, and transportation services, including customs clearance and sea‑air‑land project transportation.
• Manage vendor selection, contract negotiation, and payment processes such as letters of credit.
• Identify and implement logistics cost‑reduction initiatives and monitor operational metrics.
• Coordinate international travel, ensure compliance with customs regulations, and maintain strong relationships with local, corporate, and international partners.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Marine Engineering, Business, Economics or related field; Master’s in Supply Chain Management or Logistics preferred.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in international logistics, foreign trade, and customs operations, preferably in energy, construction, or heavy industry.
• At least 5 years of leadership or management experience.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken) and able to travel internationally without restriction.
• Completed mandatory military service for male applicants.
