Logistics Performance and Operations Coordinator

About the role

Bosch Türkiye and Middle East Headquarters in Istanbul is looking for a Logistics Performance and Operations Coordinator. The role covers logistics forecasting, performance reporting, supply chain analytics, dashboard design and continuous improvement, working closely with operations, service providers and stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate logistics forecasting and monitor forecast accuracy to support operational planning
• Prepare performance reports and business reviews for management and key stakeholders
• Track operational issues, improvement actions and corrective measures, and coordinate root-cause analysis
• Monitor logistics KPIs and perform supply chain analytics on productivity, capacity, service performance, inventory flows and efficiency
• Design, maintain and improve logistics dashboards and reporting solutions, and automate reporting through digital solutions
• Conduct ad hoc analyses and support operational and strategic decisions
• Support warehouse optimization through material-flow analysis and layout improvements, and coordinate continuous-improvement projects
• Support logistics and supply chain projects from planning through implementation, maintain operational planning calendars and prepare data for site visits, audits and reviews
• Facilitate communication between logistics operations, service providers, customers and internal stakeholders

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, Business Administration, Data Analytics or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in logistics, supply chain, warehousing, transportation, business analytics or operations management; more experience preferred
• Experience coordinating cross-functional projects and operational improvement initiatives
• Experience with third-party logistics providers and external service partners is an advantage

Required skills

• Advanced use of business intelligence and data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau or similar
• Proficiency in Excel and data analysis tools
• Understanding of process and workflow automation concepts
• Knowledge of logistics operations, warehousing, inventory management, transportation and supply chain planning
