Logistics Planning Director

About the role

We are seeking a Logistics Planning Director to lead and optimise our supply chain operations across Turkey. The role will drive demand forecasting, inventory planning and capacity management to support Eren Retail’s extensive store network and digital channels.

Key responsibilities

• Lead logistics planning processes, including demand forecasting, inventory planning and capacity utilisation.
• Develop and implement planning strategies that improve supply‑chain performance and reduce costs.
• Collaborate with procurement, production and logistics teams to align supply and demand plans.
• Design and execute distribution plans to ensure timely delivery and optimal inventory levels.
• Analyse logistics KPIs and use data insights to drive continuous improvement.
• Ensure compliance with local and international logistics regulations.
• Manage risks and resolve issues related to logistics planning.
• Optimise warehouse and transportation planning for maximum resource utilisation.
• Maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners.
• Prepare performance reports for senior management highlighting opportunities and challenges.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or a related engineering field.
• Minimum 15 years of logistics planning or supply‑chain experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Proven analytical ability and data‑driven decision‑making.
• Strong communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Willingness to reside in Tekirdağ, Lüleburgaz, Çorlu or Çerkezköy.

Required skills

• Proficiency with logistics software.
• Experience using demand planning tools.
• Knowledge of ERP systems.
