Logistics Operations Director

About the role

Eren Retail is seeking a Logistics Operations Director to lead and optimise end‑to‑end logistics across its extensive retail network. The role will drive efficiency, cost‑effectiveness and sustainability in warehousing, shipping and return processes while supporting the company’s growth across 25 countries.

Key responsibilities

• Manage all logistics operations, including warehousing, outbound shipping and reverse‑logistics.
• Develop and execute strategies to improve delivery speed, accuracy and overall supply‑chain efficiency.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to streamline the supply‑chain network.
• Monitor KPIs related to delivery, returns and inventory, taking corrective actions as needed.
• Ensure compliance with local and international transportation and logistics regulations.
• Control the logistics budget, optimise costs and maintain service quality.
• Lead, mentor and develop the logistics team to foster a high‑performance culture.
• Drive sustainability initiatives within logistics and supply‑chain processes.
• Prepare operational reports and present insights to senior management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or a related engineering field.
• Minimum 15 years of experience in logistics, warehousing or transportation, with at least 5 years in a managerial role.
• Proven expertise handling large‑scale logistics, return and shipment processes.
• Strong analytical, strategic planning and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent leadership and team‑management capabilities.
• In‑depth knowledge of local and international logistics regulations.
• Willingness to reside in Tekirdağ, Lüleburgaz, Çorlu or Çerkezköy.

Required skills

• Proficiency with logistics software.
• Experience using ERP systems.
