About the role

We are seeking a passionate and service‑oriented Waiter to join our luxury dining team at Raffles Istanbul. You will play a key part in delivering memorable guest experiences in an elegant, high‑end environment.

Key responsibilities

• Provide attentive, personalized service to guests throughout their dining experience.
• Present menus accurately, suggest appropriate food and beverage pairings, and upsell where appropriate.
• Set and clear tables following fine‑dining standards and service protocols.
• Handle guest inquiries and complaints professionally while maintaining confidentiality.
• Operate POS systems with high accuracy and ensure timely billing.
• Collaborate with kitchen and bar teams to ensure seamless service during high‑volume periods.
