Maintenance Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a Maintenance Engineer to join the Maintenance team at our Susurluk factory in Turkey. You will work closely with the Production department and report to the Maintenance & Utilities Manager.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure maintenance and repair operations are carried out, recorded, reported and coordinated with production (breakdown, predictive, preventive and planned maintenance).
• Implement maintenance activities according to planning and annual revisions.
• Increase quality of care through continuous training and development of the maintenance team.
• Handle price offers for spare parts and services, organize them and create purchase requests.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of maintenance experience.
• Professional knowledge of mechanical elements, connections, fittings, sealing parts, root cause analysis, 7D problem solving, TPM, installation and commissioning of new lines/machines, spare parts warehouse management, and auxiliary facilities such as steam boilers and air compressors.
