Maintenance Executive, Lüleburgaz Plant

About the role

Danone Türkiye is seeking a Maintenance Executive for its Lüleburgaz plant. The role focuses on ensuring equipment reliability, minimizing downtime, and supporting continuous production in a food manufacturing environment.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor production line efficiency and technical downtime, implementing proactive measures to improve reliability.
• Plan, coordinate and oversee annual, monthly, weekly and preventive maintenance activities for production machinery.
• Establish, improve and monitor maintenance standards, procedures and best practices.
• Analyze equipment failures, identify root causes and implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Respond promptly to maintenance emergencies and prioritize resources to meet operational needs.
• Manage spare‑parts inventories to ensure uninterrupted production.
• Coordinate with contractors, vendors and external service providers.
• Drive continuous‑improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, safety and product quality.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of maintenance experience, preferably in food manufacturing.
• Hands‑on experience with equipment maintenance and preventive maintenance programs.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Collaborative, results‑oriented and proactive attitude.
• Willingness to work on‑site at the Lüleburgaz location.
