Maintenance Executive / Manager

About the role

Sanipak is looking for a Maintenance Executive / Manager to lead building maintenance and construction processes across its facilities. The role ensures compliance with regulations, drives cost‑efficiency, and supports continuous improvement in a fast‑growing manufacturing environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead maintenance and construction activities for existing and planned structures, ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Prepare reports and analyses to identify inefficiencies, maintenance costs, and equipment failures.
• Conduct root‑cause analyses, propose improvement actions, and lead cross‑functional teams to implement sustainable solutions.
• Manage small‑ and medium‑scale projects using established project‑management methodologies.
• Foster team motivation, build strong interpersonal relationships, and support staff development.

Required profile

• At least 2 years of experience in a similar maintenance or facilities role.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical, Electronics, Electrical & Electronics, or Mechanical Engineering.
• Good command of English.
• Willingness to reside in or relocate to Gebze or the Anatolian side of Istanbul.

Required skills

• Experience with SAP PM (Plant Maintenance) module.
