Manager, Architecture, Design & Construction (AD&C) – Turkey

About the role

Wyndham Hotels & Resorts is seeking a Manager of Architecture, Design & Construction (AD&C) to lead the delivery of new hotel developments, conversions and refurbishments across Turkey. You will act as a trusted advisor to owners, franchisees, consultants and internal teams, ensuring every project meets brand standards and delivers exceptional guest experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of up to 30 hotel projects at various development and construction stages.
• Review and approve architectural plans, site assessments and development proposals.
• Guide owners and franchise partners through brand‑standard implementation.
• Conduct design reviews, site visits, mock‑up inspections and final project sign‑offs.
• Monitor project progress using Salesforce and provide regular stakeholder updates.
• Develop and manage Technical Services Agreements (TSAs) to add business value.
• Ensure compliance with brand standards for new‑build, conversion and renovation projects.
• Recommend design enhancements that improve guest satisfaction and operational efficiency.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with franchisees, owners, consultants and management companies.
• Support hotel openings by overseeing technical and compliance requirements.
• Lead and develop an in‑country AD&C Specialist.
