About the role

Mastercard's Services Marketing team is looking for an experienced B2B Marketing Manager for the Turkey, Eastern Europe and CIS division and the wider EEMEA region, with occasional travel to the GCC and Africa. The role drives marketing initiatives for Mastercard Services, aligning them with regional product growth objectives to generate revenue and develop markets. It works with local and global marketing teams, product marketing, sales and business development to run campaigns that feed leads to local sales and account management.

Key responsibilities

• Execute marketing campaigns for Mastercard Services and coordinate joint demand generation with country and regional business owners, marketing and sales teams to drive ROI.
• Plan and manage regional hosted customer and partner events, trade shows and other in-person activations to raise brand awareness and generate leads.
• Design and run email nurture, social media and content syndication campaigns supporting thought leadership and lead generation.
• Work with Partner Marketing, Customer Marketing and Business Development leads on joint campaigns.
• Collaborate with sales teams to optimise the marketing-to-sales lead handoff so lead-handling SLAs are met.
• Represent regional and local marketing needs to the global marketing team and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of B2B marketing experience, running customer acquisition programmes using field, digital and content tactics.
• Event organisation experience and familiarity with event management best practices.
• Excellent written and spoken English, fluency in Turkish.
• Proven record of working in matrix organisations, detail-oriented and able to multi-task.
• Ability to travel up to 15% of the time.

Required skills

• Email and digital marketing (preferred).
• CRM experience; Salesforce.com preferred.
• Confident use of AI for copywriting, presentations and data analysis.
• Familiarity with HTML.
