Managing Consultant, Customer Services Development

About the role

The Managing Consultant, Customer Services Development will support non‑Turkish group entities through market research, industry analysis, benchmarking, reporting, knowledge development and analytical activities related to consumer acquisition and engagement. The role bridges consulting, digital transformation, insights, analytics and marketing services to drive growth and deliver customized solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Contribute to and execute the assessment, monitoring, reporting and communication of Services growth strategy initiatives, providing market intelligence and recommendations.
• Identify critical aspects of client or market problems in consumer acquisition and engagement, leveraging deep knowledge of Mastercard Services capabilities.
• Collaborate with Mastercard core teams for information sharing, coordination, issue escalation and reporting to ensure business success.
• Partner with project teams to maintain project quality and act as a thought partner for clients.
• Develop intellectual capital through market research, industry analysis, benchmarking studies and internal reference materials.
