Marketing Art Manager

About the role

HubX builds mobile and web apps used by millions worldwide and is Türkiye's first app studio unicorn. Its Next Studio is looking for a Marketing Art Manager to build high-quality web experiences that complement products used by millions. You will work closely with product, design and engineering teams, take ownership of what you build and contribute to the technical decisions shaping the products.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and develop the Marketing Art team, giving clear direction, actionable feedback and support for individual growth.
• Own creative planning and delivery of Next Studio marketing campaigns, balancing quality, production capacity and business priorities.
• Guide the team in turning product features, user insights and campaign objectives into mobile-first video ads that drive clicks, installs and conversions.
• Partner with marketers to set creative testing priorities, evaluate results and turn successful concepts into scalable variations.
• Review performance signals such as CTR, CPA, hook rate and hold rate to guide creative decisions.
• Set a high standard for visual storytelling, motion design and execution through regular creative reviews.
• Establish production workflows, allocate projects and manage timelines across multiple campaigns.
• Promote the adoption of AI-assisted tools and workflows, and take an active role in hiring, onboarding and team development.

Required profile

• 6+ years of experience in marketing art or motion design, with relevant experience in gaming or non-gaming mobile apps.
• Previous experience managing a creative team, including project allocation, feedback, performance management and professional development.
• A strong portfolio of mobile-first video ads, motion design and performance marketing creatives, ideally with measurable results.
• Experience using creative performance data to shape testing priorities and iterate.
• Hands-on experience with AI creative tools and the ability to integrate them into team workflows.
• Ability to turn business objectives into clear creative briefs, and to plan and prioritize across multiple projects.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro and Photoshop.
• Illustrator, Final Cut Pro and Figma are a plus.
• Strong creative judgment, understanding of hooks, pacing, visual storytelling, animation and audience engagement.
