Marketing Communications Manager, High Power and IEC LV Motors

About the role

ABB is looking for a Marketing Communications Manager for its High Power and IEC LV Motors business in Istanbul. The role reports to the Local Division Manager and follows a hybrid work model. You will design and run communication plans, implement marketing activities within the approved budget and generate leads through advertising, sponsorship and other promotional activities.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement integrated marketing and communication campaigns tailored to local customer needs, market dynamics and stakeholder expectations, aligned with global and regional strategies
• Activate product launches, promotions and customer engagement with sales and global marcom
• Create and distribute content such as press releases, articles and customer stories
• Manage and optimise local digital channels and social media, and plan and run customer-facing events and industry fairs
• Deliver thought leadership and internal communications, and monitor local marketing KPIs and campaign results
• Ensure brand consistency with global guidelines and act as main contact for external agencies, partners and suppliers

Required profile

• 7+ years of experience in industrial B2B marketing and communications, supporting business growth
• Solid understanding of B2B/industrial marketing and communications
• Experience in campaign management, events, content creation and digital channels
• Ability to turn technical information into compelling local messaging and to work without direct reports

• Project management and prioritisation under tight deadlines
• Communication, editing and presentation in Turkish and English
• Collaboration across functions and with regional and global colleagues
