Marketing Manager – 100% Remote EU

About the role

Foxelli Group, a D2C e-commerce brand with ten years of history, is looking for a Marketing Manager to run its marketing from end to end. The role is 100% remote, based on a contract/freelance agreement, and sits in the Eastern European Time Zone (EET). It covers strategy, creative, landing pages, funnels and briefings for Facebook ads.

Key responsibilities

• Build and run marketing strategies aligned with business goals, analyse customer research and market trends, and scale funnels and campaigns
• Write copy for ads, landing pages and funnels; review design work and guide ad creatives with the design team
• Check landing pages for UX, flow and functionality, run A/B tests and work with developers on website updates
• Act as the link between marketing, design and development, writing clear briefs and tracking project progress
• Collect and analyse customer feedback and data to improve acquisition and sales
• Use AI tools such as GPT, image/video generators and automation platforms to speed up workflows and run more experiments

Required profile

• Experience as a Marketing Manager or full-stack marketer in e-commerce
• Hands-on experience building with AI tools (vibe coding, workflow automations)
• Deep understanding of digital and performance marketing, CRO and website optimisation
• Ability to write clear, persuasive copy and to manage projects and time remotely
• Availability of at least 5 hours during typical EET working hours for full-time roles
