Marketing Manager – Fast Food Brand

About the role

We are seeking a Marketing Manager to lead the Burger King® brand in Turkey. The role combines brand management, commercial analytics, and product innovation to translate consumer insights into growth initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Own Burger King® Turkey’s marketing agenda, turning brand objectives and consumer needs into actionable strategies.
• Develop and execute integrated ATL, BTL, digital, and in‑store communication plans to boost brand equity and engagement.
• Monitor key performance indicators (transactions, traffic, ticket size, mix) and turn data insights into growth actions.
• Lead product and menu strategy, including innovation pipeline, new product launches, portfolio optimization, and post‑launch evaluation.
• Collaborate with Revenue Growth Management on pricing, promotions, and value strategy to balance relevance, growth, and profitability.
• Conduct consumer research and market trend analysis to uncover brand, product, and commercial opportunities.
• Measure marketing effectiveness and continuously improve investment decisions.
• Coordinate cross‑functional initiatives with Operations, R&D, Supply Chain, and agency partners.

Required profile

• 8–10 years of experience in marketing and brand management, preferably in FMCG, QSR, retail or similar fast‑paced consumer sectors.
• Strong fundamentals in brand positioning, consumer insight, and integrated communication.
• Proven commercial and analytical ability to interpret sales, consumer, and financial data.
• Experience in product and portfolio management, including innovation and launch execution.
