Marketing Manager

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Marketing Manager to lead the development and execution of our marketing strategy, strengthen brand positioning, and support business growth across our household and industrial cleaning product portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement the annual marketing strategy and plan aligned with company objectives and growth priorities.
• Manage the marketing budget, allocate resources, monitor KPIs and present results to senior management.
• Lead market, customer and competitor analyses to identify industry trends and growth opportunities.
• Define product positioning, value propositions and communication strategies for relevant categories.
• Oversee digital marketing, social media, website management and content strategy to increase brand visibility.
• Plan and execute trade fairs, product launches and integrated marketing campaigns.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering or related field.
• At least 7 years of marketing experience, preferably in chemical, industrial products or FMCG sectors.
• Proven experience in strategy development, brand management and campaign execution.
• Strong analytical ability to interpret market data and translate insights into business opportunities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and willingness to travel domestically and internationally.
