Brand Manager – Oncology Solid Tumors

About the role

AbbVie is seeking an experienced Brand Manager to lead commercial initiatives for oncology solid tumor products. The role involves shaping and executing patient‑focused brand strategies that drive performance and improve outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Develop brand and commercial strategies, tactical plans, timelines, budgets and stakeholder responsibilities.
• Prepare and implement tactical plans, allocate responsibilities across cross‑functional and field teams.
• Manage communications with sales force and cross‑functional teams to meet marketing objectives.
• Analyze brand, market and competitor data, gather customer insights and refine segmentation.
• Coordinate sales objectives, advertising, promotion, public relations and market research activities.
• Maintain credibility with key opinion leaders and healthcare professionals.
• Develop and deliver ongoing product training for the sales force.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Pharmacy or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of brand or product manager experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
• Advanced written and spoken English.
• Strong analytical, strategic thinking and decision‑making abilities.
• Excellent presentation, planning and organization skills.
• Ability to translate patient empathy into patient‑centric strategies.
