Growth Marketing Manager

About the role

Devotel is seeking an experienced Growth Marketing Manager to drive measurable growth across its technology brands in international markets. You will shape data‑driven strategies, analyse markets and customer segments, and ensure all marketing channels work together toward shared business goals.

Key responsibilities

• Build short‑, medium‑ and long‑term growth strategies tied to business objectives and channel priorities.
• Analyse target markets, customer segments and competitors to uncover new growth opportunities.
• Lead B2B lead generation and customer acquisition, defining ICPs, decision‑maker segments and planning inbound, outbound and ABM initiatives.
• Set objectives and budget priorities across SEO, GEO, SEM, paid social, email and other digital channels, and lead multichannel campaign planning.
• Analyse the marketing‑to‑sales funnel, identify drop‑off points and improve conversion through A/B testing, landing‑page optimisation and lead nurturing.
• Build marketing‑automation workflows that increase MQLs and SQLs, and define KPIs such as CPL, CAC, ROI and pipeline.
• Align marketing and sales on lead qualification criteria, track opportunities through the pipeline and use CRM data for continuous improvement.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in growth, B2B or demand‑generation marketing.
• Proven track record of building and executing data‑driven growth strategies.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to turn performance metrics into strategic decisions.
• Excellent written and spoken English and solid project‑management skills.

• SEO, SEM and paid‑social advertising.
• CRM systems and marketing‑automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).
• ABM and B2B lead‑generation tactics.
• Analytics tools such as GA4, Looker Studio.
