Junior Content Specialist

About the role

The Junior Content Specialist will support the local team in developing, localizing, and delivering compliant content and campaign materials for the Turkish affiliate of a global pharmaceutical client.

Key responsibilities

• Support day‑to‑day content development and localization activities, including adapting copy, visual assets, and digital content.
• Assist in coordinating content production steps, MLR review submissions, approval tracking and documentation.
• Learn and use content platforms such as Veeva PromoMats, CRM Approved Emails, Marketo, RTEs, Brand Portals and Make A Copy.
• Contribute to omnichannel execution across websites, HCP portals, approved emails, social media and field‑force materials.
• Collect basic performance data, prepare summaries and capture learnings for the team.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, life sciences, pharmacy or related field.
• 0–1 year experience in content creation, digital marketing, communications or related environment.
• Interest in pharmaceutical marketing, omnichannel engagement and compliant content development.
• Strong collaborative, proactive and solution‑oriented working style with openness to feedback.

Required skills

• Familiarity with Veeva PromoMats.
• Experience with CRM Approved Emails and Marketo.
• Knowledge of RTEs, Brand Portals and Make A Copy tools.
