Senior Brand Manager – Finish

About the role

Reckitt is seeking a Senior Brand Manager to drive growth for its hygiene, health and nutrition brands. You will shape brand strategy, launch innovative products and work closely with sales and agency partners to deliver compelling consumer communications.

Key responsibilities

• Define brand direction and ensure financial and market‑share targets are achieved.
• Develop and execute cross‑functional strategies that foster collaboration and commercial success.
• Lead product launches and create persuasive communications for consumers and shoppers.
• Generate business development initiatives based on consumer insights and market trends.
• Support sales with tailored customer presentations and coordinate brand requirements with agency partners.

Required profile

• Minimum 6 years of experience in Brand Management, Marketing or Product Marketing, preferably in FMCG or consumer goods.
• Proven ability to manage a brand in competitive, complex environments with a strong commercial mindset.
• Deep understanding of consumer behaviour, market trends and a global perspective.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
