Marketing Manager – Medical Aesthetics (Turkey)

About the role

We are seeking a senior Marketing Manager to lead the development and execution of the annual marketing strategy for the Turkish market within the medical aesthetics sector. You will work closely with the sales team and cross‑functional partners to drive product penetration, market share and profitability.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement the yearly marketing plan and strategy for Turkey.
• Manage product positioning, pricing, launch planning and portfolio strategy.
• Develop customer and channel strategies to increase product penetration.
• Collaborate with field sales to ensure effective execution of marketing initiatives.
• Plan and manage congresses, physician meetings, educational programs and KOL activities.
• Lead 360° and omnichannel campaigns, including digital marketing and CRM.
• Oversee external agencies, marketing partners and promotional materials.
• Control the annual marketing budget, monitor ROI and KPIs.
• Analyse market, customer and field insights and integrate them into plans.

Required profile

• University degree in a relevant field.
• Minimum 10 years of marketing experience, preferably at Senior Product Manager or Marketing Manager level.
• Experience in medical aesthetics, dermocosmetics, personal care or pharmaceutical industries.
• Proven track record in 360° marketing and product portfolio management.
• Fluent in English.
