Marketing Specialist – Brand Partnerships & Social Media

About the role

Evital, the digital health platform of Eczacıbaşı, is looking for a Marketing Specialist to drive brand collaborations, social media, and influencer initiatives. You will work closely with senior leadership and cross‑functional teams to create engaging digital campaigns that support continuous, personalized healthcare.

Key responsibilities

• Research brand collaboration and partnership opportunities, manage communications, and oversee processes end‑to‑end.
• Develop creative concepts for digital campaigns, including messaging, visuals, and content ideas.
• Track trends, competitor communications, and social media conversations to generate fresh ideas.
• Design marketing projects and campaign concepts that increase brand awareness.
• Generate content ideas for senior leadership’s personal brand and manage scripting and production.
• Oversee communication and content across social media channels.
• Coordinate influencer collaborations from outreach through execution.

Required profile

• 2–4 years of experience in marketing, brand communications, social media, or a related field.
• Strong creative sense with the ability to produce original campaign ideas.
• Hands‑on experience managing social media channels and influencer partnerships.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects end‑to‑end with strong organizational skills.
• Interest in trends, pop culture, and digital conversations, translating insights into brand ideas.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, comfortable representing the brand with external partners.
• Collaborative mindset, able to work closely with senior stakeholders and support leadership’s personal brand.
• Proficiency with visual/content tools such as Canva and basic video/image editing.
• Portfolio showcasing past campaigns, content, or collaborations.
