Marketing Specialist – Intensive Care / Pharmaceutical Sector

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic Marketing Specialist to lead the promotion of intensive‑care products for a globally recognized pharmaceutical brand in Turkey. The role is based in Izmir and involves close collaboration with sales, physicians, and hospital groups to boost brand visibility and drive market growth.

Key responsibilities

• Increase brand awareness and product visibility in the Turkish market.
• Develop and execute strategic communication plans targeting physicians and hospitals.
• Create marketing plans specifically for the intensive‑care product portfolio and implement them.
• Organise scientific promotional activities and actively participate in congresses, seminars and field events.
• Work closely with the sales team to gather field feedback and adjust strategies accordingly.

Required profile

• University degree in Pharmacy, Biology, Chemistry, Health Sciences or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• Preferably experience with intensive‑care products and a network of physicians.
• Valid driver’s licence and ability to travel as required.
• Strong presentation and communication abilities, results‑oriented.
• Young, dynamic, open to development and innovative marketing approaches.
