Medical Communications and Content Manager

About the role

Pfizer is seeking a Medical Communications and Content Manager to support the implementation of local medical channel content strategies for assigned therapeutic areas in Turkey. The role will adapt global scientific content, create locally‑prioritized assets, and ensure compliance with country regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Support local medical channel content strategies and enhance dissemination of Pfizer scientific data.
• Adapt global/US medical content and develop limited new local content in line with therapeutic‑area strategies and regulations.
• Customize and translate content for the Turkish market while ensuring compliance.
• Promote content reuse and manage creation of medical documents across multiple formats.
• Review, edit, and verify medical deliverables against internal SOPs and external guidelines.
• Generate analytics reports and project scorecards aligned with KPIs.
• Collaborate with subject‑matter experts, external agencies, and cross‑functional teams to ensure accuracy and quality.
• Deliver documents on schedule, communicate progress, and conduct quality‑control assessments.
• Stay updated on local regulations, Pfizer SOPs, and emerging scientific trends.

Required profile

• Advanced scientific or healthcare degree (e.g., B.Pharm, M.Pharm, PharmD, PhD, MS).
• Minimum 2 years of experience in the healthcare/pharmaceutical sector.
• Prior experience in medical and scientific writing preferred.
• Native or bilingual proficiency in Turkish.
• Experience with omnichannel medical communications is preferred.
• Strong presentation, customer‑facing, and interpersonal skills within a matrix organization.
