Medical Manager, Hematology

About the role

AbbVie is seeking a Medical Manager specialized in Hematology to ensure medical compliance and support brand strategies across international and domestic markets.

Key responsibilities

• Identify medical needs and opportunities, propose strategies, and manage execution of strategic medical projects linked to brand plans.
• Collaborate with clinical research teams to provide therapeutic area input, identify sites and investigators, and support scientific meetings and events.
• Respond to medical information requests from the medical community and sales team, including pharmacovigilance issues.
• Support brand managers in preparing and reviewing promotional material for clinical and scientific accuracy.
• Provide medical training to internal and external partners and build long‑term relationships with key opinion leaders.

Required profile

• University degree in Medicine or Pharmacy.
• Minimum 1 year experience in Medical Affairs; experience as a Medical Manager is a plus.
• Fluency in English.
• Solid knowledge of the pharmaceutical environment and medical affairs functions.
• Understanding of scientific methods, clinical research, and relevant regulatory controls.
